Restrictions on the use of the DATA

You shall not use the DATA for any purpose other than the computiation of thermal simulations in ANSYS, Inc.'s Icepak simulator.

Murata Manufacturing, Co., Ltd. ("Murata") shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the DATA, regardless of any notice of the possibility of such damages, or for any claims made by any third party.
The DATA is subject to change from time to time or products may be discontinued without notice. Please check the latest version.
You acknowledge and agree that the ownership and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) of the DATA are held by Murata. You shall not redistribute or reproduce the DATA without prior consent of Murata.
